| One room available for year long sublet (June 2024 to June 2025) in a 2 level 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Kits! One roomate is subletting for the year while he is in the Interior of BC completing clinical rotations. The roomate staying is entering third year of medical school and will most often be in clinic throughout the days. Room is fully furnished with a Queen bed and walk in closet while the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, air fryer, oven, fridge and lots of storage space. Living room is also ready to go with a 4 person dining table, large couch and TV - make sure to note the north facing large PATIO that now has tables and chairs set for summer. North facing unit means the apartment is usually very cool! The ideal roomate would be a mature student or young professional who is reasonably quiet (Darby's Trivia Nights are a block away after all, hard to resist!) and respectful of the space. Utilities are not included - internet split can be negotiated and Hydro costs are low through most of the year.
