| *******ISO Full time working, quiet woman in a professional career, non partier, non smoker, I craft, I garden, very outdoorsy, health conscious and active. Seeking long term rental, preferably with utilities included and laundry onsite. I do have a vehicle so I also need some suave for parking I can supply my own internet. some private yard space would be lovely so I can have planters and an area to sit out and bbq. Anywhere from the bottom of Bairds hill to Armstrong (excluding Enderby) would be perfect. Please pm for more info or if you have any questions. I can move anytime, it’s urgent I find a space as my current home has been deemed unliveable by the city and I need to be out asap as my LL built illegally on the ALR. Sooner rather than later then later so my whole summer isn’t wasn’t on the stress of finding a home. MUST BE LONGTERM! If you have plans to sell or do reno’s or have family move in within say for a number the next 2 years, I’ll pass. Since the big fiasco started in 2020 Ive been forced to move to many times due to these issues, I’m over it!
