Centrally located near Pine Center Mall (walking distance 5 mins.) **Ideally seeking UNBC, CNC students, or students working in Prince George for summer time** ** One room enter into the basement living space which is shared between the two tenants. Access to downstairs bathroom and shared access to the upstairs kitchen. The other room is upstairs with access to upstairs bathroom and shared kitchen area. ** Rent includes all utilities, wifi, laundry, etc. ** Both rooms are for rent for 650$. The downstairs room is available in May, and for an ongoing basis while the upstairs room is available in June, also for an ongoing basis. Please note that both rooms can be rented to students working in Prince George for the summer time- from May up to the end of August. ** Bus stop located at street’s end and the house location is within walking distance of CNC (~20min). Main buss exchange at Pine Center Mall (~5min). ** On-street parking is available and generally very plentiful (though subject to a few “snow removal days” in winter). ** Some storage space in the garage. ** Home is shared with homeowner (F) who works in Education, and 1 international student.
