Someone with an outdoor activity and healthy lifestyle would make a good fit. Theres no laundry on site so tenant will have to either find some very kind friends or embrace the laundromat life. Well behaved and reasonably sized pets will be considered. Damage deposit ($300) and references required. Available May 1st til September.
