| 3 Beds 2 Baths - Apartment Kimberley, BC FURNISHED ROOM IN SHARED APARTMENT (with your own bathroom) - AVAILABLE JUNE 1st ~ $800/MONTH Hey There! We heard you’re looking for a place to call home in Kimberley. Myself and my partner are looking for a roommate for a 3 bedroom apartment located in Kimberley/Marysville area. We are open to accommodating seasonal workers as well. We do not currently have any pictures of the unit but are happy to fill you in on all the details if you find yourself interested. A bit about the space: -The room is in a new built apartment complex -No in unit laundry (available on site though) -You will have your own full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) -Apartment unit is located on main floor -Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Whichever you prefer -No pets (sorry) -Bike storage is available at the complex ($25/month) -Parking spot is available in the complex lot ($50/month) -Street parking is also available (free) A bit about us: -We have one darling well behaved indoor cat named Uzi and are not able to accommodate any additional pets in our lease unfortunately. -We are from Saskatoon, SK and will be new to the area -I work remotely for Public Safety Canada in Emergency Management and my partner works in Forestry -We both have lived extensively with roommates and in shared living accommodations so we know how to practise roommate etiquette -We’re an easygoing partnership that love exploring the outdoors, camping, cooking, and movies.
