| I am looking for a female to rent out a room in my bright open basement. You would share a full 4 piece bathroom with one other person. Have your own fridge and have full access to bright open basement with huge windows. We would share the kitchen with all three of us as well as access to the fenced decked yard. You are welcome to use the gas bbq. There is covered parking or street parking. I do have a small friendly dog, he absolutely loves people but not great with other dogs or cats. I am asking $850 plus utilities. This house will not disappoint it has a great open plan with a lot of privacy. |
