We are looking for one roommate for a minimum of 6 months. After that month to month. The house is located on Moscrop St. next to Wesburn Park and a 7-minute drive from Metrotown. The duplex is currently occupied by three tenants. The entire upper duplex suite has been renovated and is around 1430 sq ft. The suite has two skylights and two balconies (back and front). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The laundry is shared with the basement tenants.
