| April 16. Private room in three bedroom ground floor apartment for $675 plus shared utilities with high-speed LAN + WiFi internet ($745 cash). Due a week before every month end so we have time to head out and make the deposit as we have disabilities. Perfect for college students. Burnaby New West area near McBride and 10th. Plenty of restaurants, transit, Safeway, dollar store, parks. No illegal drugs, no parties, no night-shifts, quiet at night (10 PM to 8 AM). We prefer older more mature wise room-mates or quiet responsible self-reliant RESPECTFUL students. Single person only, no couples. We all sleep by 11 PM here and are up around 7:30 AM. Note walls are thin unfortunately so quiet time is certain (no loud talking, cooking or playing any audio during sleep hours (use headphones at night)) We tend to keep to ourselves but can be social if we get to know others over time.
