Price is for each room. The house is located at Burnaby “Garden Village”, the central of great Vancouver and one of the most safe and convenient areas. You can get on the Metrotown Skytrain or Brentwood Mall Skytrain within 5 minutes by taking bus #130 and bus #110 just in front of the house, or transfer to bus # 144 to SFU within 35 minuets., or take bus # 25 to UBC. a few minutes walking distance to BCIT, Moscrop Secondary School, Burnaby Hospital, Deer Lake Park, Costco, Save on Food, Walmart, T&T and quick access to Canada Highway #1. It is a newly renovated house, have separate entry, fully furnished, bright and clean.
