| Hey, Young - ish Lady here , looking for a Young - ish house mate to split my home with. The bedroom is UNFURNISHED, however the desk & chair in photo is IN there. It is quite large - it fit a king size bed in there and still had a little bit of room to spare. I have 2 cats, so not looking to house any more creatures. I work more than full time, I'm looking for a working, responsible and respectful human to live with. ONE ..Not multiples.. I wouldn't be opposed to a child(ren) visiting.. im not opposed to quiet , respectful guests either.. I am 420 friendly... you may experience 420 aromas LOL. I'm honestly just looking for someone to share the space whom will also adhere to the rules of the lease .. and be respectful of myself and my cats.. and pay their Portion on time, without head aches. And cleans after themselves and shares the household chores. 900 a month includes rent wifi and utilities and because I am sensitive to some scents - I ask that you use the laundry soap and sheets I use (gain) , I'd be willing to share my soap free of cost - for this slight inconvenience. P.S - the bathroom is all yours. You wouldn't be sharing it with anyone (but your guest) |
