| ISO - House (bonus if on acreage) for long term rental. NOT looking to buy at this time. Fairly flexible on location but ideally something close to Spruce/Stony. Kids go to school in West Ed so need to be within 25 minutes from there. Husband and I are gainfully employed and have excellent references. 3 teenage girls part time. 2 dogs (border collie crosses who are mostly outside). Whole house needed. 3 bedrooms+den minimum, 2 bathrooms, bonus points if 4 bedrooms. We are currently living on 3 acres and loving it but our landlord has decided to move back into the property. Ideal move date June 1 but we are flexible as our landlord is willing to work with us on move out date. Ideal lease is 2 years but flexible on this point. Please message me with any leads! |
