| I am looking to rent out one of my rooms in my 3 bedroom place for May 1st in the community of Macewan NW. I am friendly, clean, respectful and looking for the same. Looking for a responsible but laid back individual, but am not picky as to if its male or female, more just looking for the right fit. I have 3 adult cats that live here. All my cats are fixed, litter trained, friendly and are indoor/ outdoor cats.The spare room has been turned into a workout room and the renter will have access to it. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser and night table and was recently cleaned. The room can be emptied if someone does not need the furniture. A $400.00 DD is required to move in, no couples or people with pets. *Weight Room *In suite Laundry *Full access to kitchen and living room *Shared bathroom *Street Parking out front (one spot available for renter) *Utilities and Wifi Included *This is not a good area if you don't drive as its quite far from any LRT stations. *Close to Beddington and Country Hills with MANY local businesses, grocery stores and pubs around.
