Also includes a TV in your room, shared same-floor laundry, a bathroom with a shower, a living/reading room, and a fully stocked kitchenette (has everything but a stove) The shared lower-level space is shared with only one other female except for the laundry which is shared with the 3 of us. Clean, quiet, calm, safe, no excessive drinking, non-smoking, non-party home with a huge backyard and plenty of room for one more female. Nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, in a safe and mature community. 1 block from the Millcreek trails and Avonmore LRT station on 83 St. Although we are looking for someone without pets you MUST BE OKAY WITH SMALL DOGS; none live here but some do visit.
