| I have the large master bedroom of a mobile home for rent, it is unfurnished. The room comes with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The rent is $750 per month, plus internet. All other utilities are included. While the bedroom is unfurnished, I have some common-room furnishings and items we can both make use of (think kitchen table, couch, water kettle, dishes, etc.) The house is on a large property with two other houses, about 10km (or 7min. drive) south-east of Leduc. It is great for somebody who wants to get out of town but still enjoys the amenities. It is NOT located where Kijiji shows you, but rather a bit north of there as it wouldn't accept the actual address. I (M, 28, tradesperson) am looking for a responsible roommate who is easy to get along with, and is fairly clean. If you're looking for your next party spot, this is not it.
