| I’m a 19 year old full time worker looking for a roommate for the end of May! It is a 2 bedroom basement suite with separate entrance, open living room and kitchen space, a yard with a fire pit, and shared laundry space with upstairs tenants. Also has a central vacuum. Parking on street is available. The area is located 10 minutes away from walmart/costco and only a 5 minute drive to whoop up and the Lethbridge College! Bus stops are nearby as well! The rent is $600, utilities included, and the wifi is shared with the upstairs tenants for a small charge. There is a cat in the residency, as well as some cats upstairs.
