| A great place to call home- especially if you like to eat! Note- Rent is $695 if you work in town BUT if you work out of town 75% of the time or more, I will reduce the rent to $650. Looking for a great place to share with super friendly roomies? A newer 2 story home awaits you in the friendly neighbourhood of Southfork in Leduc. This home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, is surrounded by kilometers of trails, ponds and five parks. As I am on the east side of the highway, there is instant access to EIA, Nisku, Devon, and Edmonton thanks to direct and rapid access to highway 2. Homes on the west side of QE2 have to deal with long lineups of cars accessing QE2 from HWY 39/50th avenue; the same coming home in rush hour traffic. What you should know: • Month to month lease only; $150 key and cleaning deposit only; rent is all inclusive. • house is turnkey and fully furnished including your personal space. • full run of the house – this is a home not a rooming house. • Backyard has large new deck, BBQ, and patio area with firepit. • your roommates: a dashing and uber friendly trio including 2 males and a 50 something female homeowner (though I’m told I don’t look a day over 49:) I travel a fair bit so can be gone frequently. We come and go a lot, so the space never feels crowded. • I like to cook and bake and feel the need to feed- it comes on suddenly- I can’t help myself. And if you like to eat but hate to cook, I offer homecooked meals for an additional fee. What we should know: • That you are male and 28-40ish. • that you are gainfully employed full-time outside the home. • that you are a non-smoker/non-vaper and a responsible drinker. • that you respect yourself and others. • that you are responsible and clean up after yourself. • that you are honest, kind and thoughtful. • that your friends think you’re the greatest thing since Christmas – or at least your mom does. Room is available Mar 1 as we are losing one of our roomies to another city but please don't bring it up - it still hurts.... If interested, email me for an appointment.
