You’ll share (with the Landlord/Homeowner) the following amenities; Cable/Internet, fully equipped kitchen, furnished livingroom and 4 piece bathroom. Shared appliances include: stove, fridge, microwave, washer & dryer. Tenant must be willing to keep the shared areas organized and clean. Driveway parking space (1) is available for your operational private vehicle. No additional storage space is available on-site. Month to Month Rent will be available for $850 per month plus $850 Damage Deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO – Pets / Parties / Smoking / Vaping / Cannabis and/or Illegal Substances will be permitted in the home.
