| Good Day Two rooms in a big house are given for rent for 750 (a big wardrobe is connected to the room; look at the picture with the black shelves) and 700 (exactly the same size, but with a closet inside). Basically, if you have a family, you can rent the whole floor for 1450 with all the facilities and internet. The price is "all included" if you want to rent only one room. You will have a brand-new fridge (don't look at the old one on the photo), dish cleaner, washing machine, and drier at your service (both are located in the basement). We have 5 parking spots and a garage where you can keep all your instruments, stuff, bodies whatever (just kidding). Downstairs live 2 very calm and polite Ukrainian guys (29, 32 y.o.) and a Canadian lady (26), so it's more than welcome for the "youth". The neighborhood is very close to two bus stops and has a big grocery store right across the road. Feel free to contact me for any concerns. The floor will be free starting June 1st, so you can check the place and move in already on June 2nd. Thank you |
