| Looking for an age 60+ roommate at the Renaissance in the west-end of Edmonton effective August 15th (negotiable). Lovely, safe and secure 4th floor suite at the wonderful Renaissance at Meadowlark. We are looking for clean, tidy, accountable and respectful individual aged 60+ to share a 2 bedroom condo unit. We are a 60+ couple who travel out of town often and we would like to find a roommate who would be living in the suite most of the time. The unit comes complete with its own private bedroom suite (picture is attached), separate bathroom and walk-in closet, a fully-furnished living room, dining room, a TV room with basic cable and a fully-functional kitchen. In-suite laundry is also included. There is no internet connection but it can be arranged for an extra cost. Parking in the underground, heated parkade is also available. The recreational centre has a fitness room, sauna, library, billiards room, kitchen, and a beautiful meet-up hall with hardwood floor. Daily activities for those who choose to participate. Access to woodworking shop with tools and craft room. Steps away from medical clinics, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart, restaurants, banks, transit and the Jasper Place Library. Very centrally-located with good access to all parts of the city - only 5 minutes to West Edmonton Mall. No smoking or drug-use (and no vaping).
