| Hello, everyone! I am currently looking for a new roommate at the townhouse that my other roommate and myself rent at. Rent will be $750 (utilities included), with the damage deposit being one month’s rent. With that, you’ll be able to stay on the second floor bedroom, with your own washroom. The shower however is shared with our roommate downstairs. The washroom has a bath tub and your own private entrance if you choose to lock the shared door. You’ll have free use of all our common spaces, such as the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The livingroom is unfurnished at the moment. Kitchen is fully furnished. But that should be worked out soon. Or if you have your own furniture feel free to set yours up. We’re located 2 blocks away from Whyte Ave, so we have places like No Frills, Save on Foods, and a farmer’s market within walking distance, in addition to a wide variety of shops and restaurants as well as close to the UofA. Our place also has a patio at the front, en-suite laundry, a common place rooftop with a barbecue. Mental health friendly and 2SLGBTQIA+ supportive.
