| Hello, everyone! I am currently looking for a new roommate at the townhouse that my other roommate and myself rent at. Rent will be $900 (utilities included), with the damage deposit being one month’s rent. With that, you’ll be able to stay on the second floor bedroom, with your own washroom. The shower however is shared with our roommate downstairs. The washroom has a bath tub and your own private entrance if you choose to lock the shared door. You’ll have free use of all our common spaces, such as the kitchen which is furnished with stainless steel appliances. The living room which is currently not furnished. I am working on that or you are welcome to bring your own livingroom furniture. The patio out front has patio furniture and a security camera. The main entrance to the lobby has high security with fob entry, and building security camera. The roof top has furniture and a bbq. Full laundry room with a bit of storage. There is also a recycling bin and compost bin for the building. As well as a small plot for growing veggies and herbs this summer. We have underground parking with storage units for an extra fee if needed. Or free parking on the street. Transit system nearby. Pet friendly as well with a monthly pet fee. I should note that we do have a short haired Siamese cat as well We’re located 2 blocks away from Whyte Ave, so we have places like No Frills, Save on Foods, and a farmer’s market within walking distance, in addition to a wide variety of shops and restaurants as well as close to the UofA. And UofA hospital Mental health friendly and 2SLGBTQIA+ supportive. 420 friendly.
