That's how it is, _------_------------+--------------------------- Crystalina near/mcconachie, This Beautiful basement is truely one of its own kind , you get lost in its warmth and cozy surroundings and energy u feel in this place is one for the books .. every tenant we have had just addores it's inviting feeling u get when u come in from a long day's work or just exhausted from life's daily events it all seems to just drift away and all is forgotten, this home is a 2 BDRM fully furnished suite, each room is decor worth dressers , closet space , night stands lamp and we even have went as far as to provide the basics one may need with a baby on the way or new born, crib , high chair, bassentts, jumpers, plus many more things one would need , we tried to go above anyone's experiences and expectations when their considering renting a space , we don't want it to be ur rental space but you new home for all size family's and ones just beginning, we included in our rental cost for u everything , Heat, power, hydro wifi tv packages, Dish washer, in suite laundry even a lil spot we specifically designed to hold its office desk chair phone lines lamp and little sound barrier for quite times u may need. We are asking $850 a month with a Damage Deposit Of equal Amount $850. The main floor is occupied at this moment , a mid age couple on the main level, they are on one side the driveway u the other side For parking arrangements, Pet friendly , Not added fees or costs. We will be showing the suite this week Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday, till 10 PM Thursday till 10am All days are pending meaning if we haven't rented it to someone who came and seen it and wanted it , and was prepared with what was needed, financial and what not, we are gonna ask that those who wish to view it be ones who have the financials to be able to sign and take possession keys and access code. If they wanted it they could do so, and if you do not have the means to support at this moment the damage and 1st month. That you hold off on viewing this suite untill ur able to do this. We do not want to waste our time or yours or a viewing time for someone who is ready to get into their next home. We are not trying to sound like pruds but we need someone responsible and lives the same way and respects the process and strain in moving into a home and showing a home , and still manage daily commitments, That's all we ask of you, we have done our best to be able to give you a home ready to go no work involved for u or much is painless as can be , no switching utilities or getting hook ups, or dishes, cleaning supplies ect ..this is a ready to go home in its own. We would like a year long lease, Would consider shorter , and will discuss with right person. Starting tenancy of May 1 st. Possession Date is litterly up to the one who wants it, we will not hold a property just fyi, WITHOUT HAVING AT MINIMUM $500 DOWNPAYMENT. AND That only gets it held till May 1st , if on May 1st u fail to meet ur responsibility to get the funding to pay the remaining balances you, LOOSE THE DEPOSIT of $500. So be sure you are able to meet your requirement in us holding it for you.
