(There will be a total of 3 people living upstairs and then two people living downstiars In separate suite.) Open to short term and long term rentals (message me with what you are looking for) Rent: Large room $750+$200 damage deposit Rent includes utilities and wifi Room can be partially furnished with a dresser, desk and tv Tons of parking if you have a vehicle, fenced backyard with a fire pit. No crazy rules on having guests over. Just be respectful to the other people who live there. No drugs, smoking outside only, weed is okay as well as long as it is smoked outside too! I do have two cats you would have to respect them and unfortunately no other pets allowed. About me: I’m a 21 year old female who would prefer other female roommates, I don’t party and I’m quiet and clean up after myself.
