I am looking for a young professional who wants to share my big downtown 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment in downtown. 2 blocks far from the 17th Avenue SW, 1 block from GoodLife gym, restaurants, coffeeshops, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Save on foods, Safeway, Co-op, dollar store, and more! Everything is at our door, you don't need to go far for anything. It's still quiet at nite and super safe. Rivers (Both Bow & Elbow) are close too, about 15-20min walk from the APT. LRT is 10-15min walk and bus stops are super close too. The bike path is right in front of the building as well. It's an old building but renovated in 2021 with a beautiful view and sunny (south facing)! In house laundry and all utilities are included except electricity (which we will share). I am a natural medicine practitioner and looking for someone who has similar values such as healthy lifestyle, integrity, openness, and professionalism. I also like sharing intelligent conversations with growth mindset. I have two beautiful kitties and they are friendly and sweet! :) The building is managed by a professional company and never had a problem dealing with them.
