There are coffee shops, restaurants, groceries (Safeway, Blush Lane), pharmacies, convenience store, multiple yoga studios and fitness facilities (F45, Pilates, full-service gym) within a 5-minute walk. There is easy access to Crowchild Trail, 14th Street, and Elbow Drive, and downtown is only a 10-minute drive or easy cycle away. This is a very walkable, cyclable area with super-convenient bus access. The space is currently set up with a Queen-size bed in the smaller bedroom, and a home office and workout space in the main bedroom. A second bed can be provided if needed. Access to the deck is available through both the kitchen/living room space and the main bedroom/home office. We are going traveling and renting out our fully-furnished home for 2-5 months (negotiable) with the possibility of an extension. Tenant insurance and rental application are required.
