Wifi, Laundry, Utilities all included in rent. It’s a walk out basement so loads of sunlight. It’s 4 rooms in total but one roommate has an ensuite washroom, so you share a washroom with just 2 other roommates. 2 of the roommates are University of Calgary students while the 3rd works in a care home. We have a weekly/bi weekly cleaning schedule so the house is very clean and fairly quiet. Visitors welcome & sleepovers allowed. |
