If you're hitting up UCalgary, it's just a 10-minute bus ride away. **The Setup:** Large house, fully furnished, including a fully furnished kitchen with a gas stove. The room itself is empty , so you can make it your own. But we are selling furniture for a room aswell, so if you need furniture we can chat about that aswell. **Move-In:** Ready to roll May 1st through August 30th. If you're digging it, we can chat about extending the lease for the next year. Who's Here: We're mainly students, looking for someone chill to share the space with. Keeping things clean is a must, but we're all about having a good time too. **Rent Details:** Rent is $700, not including utilities and wifi. Utilities and wifi usually run around another $80 total.
