Can show the rest of the house in May ** I’m a quiet middle age woman , RN looking for a quiet grad student or someone who works a lot and keeps to themselves. I work nearly full time 8-4 Looking for a similar tenant as the one I have now: - Grad student - gone most of the time and when home stays in her room ( when I am home) - cleans up after herself - doesn’t party, smoke or vape. - quiet - pays rent on time Pros of living here Quiet- I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs I don’t play loud music Kind and helpful Close to LRT- 10 minutes walk Close to downtown-10 minute drive or 10 minutes on the train. I keep the place tidy Room is furnished with a great desk for students. Cons( depending on how you look at it) I have 2 dogs. One is very old. One doesn’t bark at all , one barks when he wants in or is playing. Only a few barks. No constant yapping. -Only one bathroom. I need it 7-730 week days ( sign up board for other hours) - The bedroom is right off the kitchen. I get ready for work 0700-0730 and although I don’t make breakfast, I do grab stuff from the fridge and feed my dogs. Little one will make a couple of barks - A ways from U of C,, probably takes 30 -40 minutes. The room is very small with a small closet. You can store a few items in the shed. - Couch and TV in living room off limits. My space. Can use arm chairs in living room. - No guests -No parties -No smoking, vaping. - I burn candles a lot so must be OK with scents. I can’t show the place until Mid July, for August move in. Must have rental references and proof of employment and/ or schooling. Month to month. Free to leave any time. $675 rent $675 security deposit No pets |
