For June 1st 2024 Looking to share a 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms appartment, with long term roomates (1 year contract). 1 master bedroom unfurnished, perfect for couples (singles are welcome), with the bathroom ensuite. The living room is empty for now and the kitchen is fully operational, with a beautiful balcony for BBQs $1050 all included with fiber optic internet, I don't have a pet but the building is pet friendly for an additional $35. Underground parking for an additional $75. A little bit about myself: single male 32 yo, non smoker, I do sales and work mostly from my home office. Very sociable person and I look for other lively person(s) to share this beautiful place. You will find me focused on work during the week but on weekends it's fair game.
