| Housemate(s) wanted! The master suite and the rest of this comfy, fully furnished home in quiet and safe Scenic Acres in the NW are available for rental May 1st, or potentially sooner. It would be shared with a long-term tenant, a friendly, respectful male in his 50s who works in the film industry. Depending on the situation, this could work for a couple or a single. It's 2 minutes to Stoney Trail, 3 to Crowfoot Trail, and just over 5 minutes to Hwy 1 west and our beautiful mountain escapes. Driveway and lots of street parking available. The home is clean and bright with genuine hardwood floors on the main level and stainless steel kitchen appliances. A nice wood sundeck overlooks the open South facing back yard and fire pit there. Newer BBQ grill on the deck. The fireplace/TV room has a comfy couch and loveseat, and a nice big screen smart TV with IPTV, which gives access to 100s of channels for TV shows, movies and sports, etc. Good WiFi speed. Front loading washer and dryer, newer water heater. Extra attic insulation added last year keeps it warmer in the winter and cooler on the warm days. The furnished master suite is quite spacious and bright, has a big walk-in closet and a separate shower and bathtub. Some storage could be available in the partially finished basement. The ideal housemate(s) would be friendly, quiet and considerate, clean up after themselves and comfortable with sharing the home with me. I'm pretty easy to get along with and aware of dynamics, giving people the space to themselves often. Rent is $1300/month + 50% of utilities. Proof of income and previous rental references required. |
