| I am looking for a *female* roommate for a two-bedroom one-bathroom apartment in University Heights. The room is sunny and has a closet, but it is unfurnished. This upper level apartment is located in walking distance (around 5-7 minutes) to university of Calgary, and the bus stop (buses number 9, 20, etc) is right outside of the building. The apartment has a large balcony and so much storage spaces. The building has a gym and coin/card shared laundry. I also have a portable washing machine that we can share. The room will be available from May 20, 2024. I am looking for someone who can rent long term till May 2025. Your name will be added to the lease as a cosigner and the resident manager will do the credit/ background check to accept you as a tenant. I am a female researcher at u of c and working from home most of the times, and looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful. Overnight guests, partying, drinking alcohol, smoke of any type, and pets are not allowed. Couples are not allowed, we would only have one person in each room. Note that the rent includes heat, water, and electricity. The cost of Internet and insurance would be extra which adds around 50$ to the stated rent.
