Includes block heater plug-in. (This is an upgrade you can keep or delete - I think it amounts to 50/mo.) Water is FREE. Power and other amenities are up to you to provide (WIFI-Cell service etc.) There are 2 Garbage Garage's Located in the parking lot. Building 2000 has a Small Gym that all residents can access. 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom 1 small alcove thats perfect for a mini Office. Dryer/Washing machine in Bathroom - Shower Curtain remains - I have one for next abode. Electric Stove & Top, Dual Stainless Steel Sink. Lots of cubboard space and a decent sized pantry. Unit was not furnished with a Microwave (Very Weird that). As such I purchased one and it will become YOURS. (where I'm goin there already is one). Counter is fairly long. Stools are a must. In the master Bedroom you'll notice I hung curtains - the pull down blind is Useless IMO. Together the 2 keep out incident light. They remain in the apartment - FREE Between the master Bdrm and Bathroom is a walk thru closet with racks on ea. side to hang clothes with room enough for some storage. Spare Bedroom has a full closet. Things that could be yours should you wish: The Couch Settee is FREE - a tad battered but comfortable. A Sears unit that was supposedly Leather but I feel we got hosed. Just needs a throw and yer good to go.! Master Bdrm Curtains - FREE MicroWave - Free In the alcove is a book shelf and computer/Printer stand. $ 150.00 The two Stools (Grey real Leather topped), under the counter $250.00 2 ea White Bedroom Nite Stands with Lamps. $150 for the set.
