| Looking for the right person for this cozy, unique, partially furnished basement rental in Airdrie. It's beautifully painted and newly renovated with built-in bedroom cabinets and a comfortable full sized wall-bed, which can fold up for extra space. Also includes table and chairs and a small cabinet in living room area. This suite also features a large living space, walk-through kitchenette area, and shared laundry with storage shelves. The suite has a shared entrance with the main house but has its own basement door with keyed lock for privacy. There is also a keyed lock on the bedroom door because shared access to the laundry area is required (on a scheduled basis). It does not have a full kitchen but there is lots of space for a hotplate, microwave, Instapot, air fryer, etc. It also has a small 3.1 Cu. Ft bar fridge, so it is ideal for someone who eats very simply or doesn't cook much, and some freezer space in the garage deep freeze could be made available if needed. The small bar sink in the pictures was replaced by a much larger double sink. **Please note that there is no stove/oven and no option to put one in** so this suite is ideal for someone who does not cook a lot. I have my two little boys here 50% of the time, but they are in school/daycare daily during the week and go to bed between 7 and 8pm every night. I'm looking for a mature working professional or student, non-smoking and no pets (non-negotiable), who doesn't mind a bit of kid noise sometimes and some friendly hellos. Utilities included: power, heat, air conditioning, water, and internet, as well as a driveway parking spot. If you are interested in renting, please be prepared to provide an employment letter, credit report, and a rental reference from the last two years along with your rental application after viewing the suite. Available June 1st on a 6 or 12 month lease followed by month to month. |
