Note: the last set of stairs are narrow and steep. Not suited for children. Ideal for Contract or Temporary Workers Cheaper than a hotel and you can enjoy the ability to make decent meals and enjoy a home vs a hotel. It provides easy access to the #1 Highway or to the 5th Wing Military Base (home to The Snowbirds) and to all the restaurants and services in the downtown area. The guest room has a Double Bed, and a half wall that separates it from the 3 piece bathroom. The home is free standing, and has 3 separate apartments with neighbors who are quiet and polite. The apartment is fully furnished, including kitchen ware, towels and bedding. The kitchen / living room are one room and includes a full size fridge and stove, and microwave. A Washer and Dryer are located onsite, but are accessed from the rear of the building. We pay all utilities and include high speed internet. A TV is available should you choose to cast from your phone or laptop.
