Included is a chair, a new dresser, internet, laundry machine, dryer and utility bills included in your rent. There is a TV in the basement living room and a share kitchen in the upper floor. We don't smoke and we don't have pets hence we shall gladly welcome someone with same life style. Our property has a high cleaning standard hence be ready to clean your mess at all times so that we all could maintain the cleaned standard that is in place. Damage deposit of $550 is required equivalent to your one month rent and refunded on the day of departure.
