The building was totally renovated 9 years ago. It is 1750 square feet with five bedrooms 3 bathrooms: one 1/2 bath, 1 3/4 bath and 1 full bath. Everything is provided, towels , bedding, dishes, pots and pans. There is a Keurig with coffee supplied. We supply cleaning of the premise and changing of all towels and bed linens weekly. There are hotel grade beds, small bar fridges in all rooms as well as 32 inch flatscreen TV's in the bedrooms. We have upgraded tv packages, secure wifi & 2 large fridges, 2 microwaves and an upright freezer in the common area. The common area is large and comprised of a laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is large and comfortable. All bedrooms are airconditioned.
