| A three bedrooms unit for share (all are included) About The Unit: it is located on the second (last) floor of the building. The unit has three bedrooms and is fully furnished as shown in the photos. One bedroom is occupied by my friend who works in Bell company. We currently use the third bedroom for our computers and laptops as shown in the pictures and can be used as storage as well. A very big and nice living room is shared as well as the spacious kitchen with all appliances and tools. There are two balconies in front and back of the unit. Laundry is in unit for free(nice washer and dryer) About The Room and Rent: the room is large, nice, and includes a queen size bed and mattress,and a large and nice closet. Heating and cooling systems are electric and work perfectly. Everything is included (electricity, internet, hydro, Netflix etc). The location is close to groceries, Maxi, IGA, Walmart, banks, pharmacies, parks, restaurants, gym, gas station, etc. The neighborhood is pretty nice. 2 minutes from bus stations 8, 28, 88 and 5 minutes from bus stations 16 and 77. 15 minutes from Longueuil metro station. I will move out by the end of this month but the room is available Now. (Note: males are preferred) |
