I'm looking for a roommate to share my cozy 6 ½ apartment situated in the heart of Mile End right next to all the best cafes, bagel shops, restaurants, etc. The bedroom, (13'x9') can be either furnished or unfurnished. You'll also have access to a small office (which can be used for storage if needed). There's a small, tranquil balcony nestled among treetops, perfect for reading a book or anything that makes you happy. Available starting June 1st until beginning of Sepember (flexible dates and longer term also a possibility). $900/month includes all utilities, wifi and washer/dryer. Also the kitchen is yellow :) .......................................................... Salut ! Vous aurez également accès à un petit bureau (qui peut être utilisé comme rangement si nécessaire). Il y a un balcon paisible entouré d'arbres, parfait pour lire un livre ou faire n'importe quoi d'autre. Disponible à partir du 1er juin jusqu’àu début septembre (dates flexibles et à long terme aussi possible). Le loyer est de 900$/mois et comprend toutes les charges ainsi que l'internet (Laveuse/sécheuse dans l'appart). Aussi, la cuisine est jaune :) |
