Le quartier est très calme. 5mn à pied du cavendish Mall comprenant un IGA, Dollarama, Pharmaprix et d’autres boutique et restaurant. Arrêt du Bus 104 et 138 qui va a vendome et Atwater a 5mn à pied. Arrêt du bus 161 qui va au métro plamondon en 12mn se trouve à environ 8mn à pied. Le stationnement n’est pas inclus mais est disponible au besoin. Vous aurez le choix entre sous-terrain et extérieur. Réceptionniste disponible en tout temps. Piscine intérieur chauffée ouverte toute l’année. Terrasse BBQ l’été. Salle de sports ouverte jusqu’à 22h.
