| For a tranquil, non smoker, clean person who likes the country without domestic animals. The lakeside house is at the end of a short dead end road. There are no gaz powered boats on the lake and a free public sand beach (for residence only) is a 10 minute walk or kayak away. There are 2 docks, a domestic greenhouse, a garage on the site with a wood shed. The wood heating (main heating), electricity, unlimited wifi, landline phone, tv using a roof antenna are included as well as snow removal, grass and all other maintenance. Hygienic paper, soap etc. are also included. Cleaning inside and outside are also included except the roommate’s private room. The house is highly secured with a complete surveillance system including cameras and mouvement détection on the outside only of the house. Food not included. 1100$ month. |
