Out back is a patio, small yard, garden space with room to grow veggies, and a raspberry patch that brings fresh berries all summer. Plus a funky clawfoot bathtub can be filled for a miniature swimming pool when it's hot :) The place is on a beautiful, quiet street at the intersection of the Plateau, Mile End and Outremont. Good groceries, cafes, terrasses within minutes, and Parc Jeanne Mance and Mount Royal at the end of the block. Utilities (electricity & internet) are extra. The lease has a no pet policy, and smoking is not permitted (indoors or out). The sublet is available while we're away, from June 1 to either August 1 or 15 (or possibly Sept 1). |
