| I’m looking to sublet out all bedrooms in a 6 person apartment in the McGill area (Rue Sainte Famille) for the summer. These furnished rooms will be available starting May 1st until August 31st 2024 (dates are flexible). Rent is $900/month (per room) but negotiable. Hydro, heating, and electricity are covered, and there is laundry in the building. Along with the 6 bedrooms, the apartment comes with two bathrooms, two showers, a kitchen, and a living room.
