| Roommate wanted in 4 1/2 near McGill campus (Parc & Sherbrooke) $1075 / month Hi everyone! I am looking for a roommate to share this beautiful two bedroom apartment, located near the intersection of Avenue du Parc and Rue Sherbrooke, across from the groceries (Provigo), and 5 min walk from McGill campus. The living room and kitchen are furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished (There is a queen-sized mattress and bed frame that you can purchase from the departing roommate). You will have your own bathroom. There are air conditioning, washer, and dryer in unit. The lease will be from July 2024 to June 2025, and renewable for a one-year lease after that. The place can be available as early as May, via a lease transfer from the departing roommate. The rent will be $1075 per month, utilities and internet are extra (approx. $50 + $30 per person per month). I recently graduated from McGill and I am working in the Montreal area.
