| Move-in date July 1st. VERSION FRANÇAIS SUIVRA // Pricing: 790$ for room, heating included. Extra: hydro (~12$ and month) and Unlimited Wifi (~23$). Approximately $825 everything included, no hidden fees. We are two female roommates, both students, looking for a third person, preferably female as well, to move in. The place is a 6 1/2 on the third floor, with a large kitchen, renovated bathroom, a large living room, and high ceilings, a skylight and a nice view of the sunset. There are two balconies, and there is a small room that has access to the balcony that is used as a storage space / shared closet (Room count: 3 bedrooms, plus office space, living room, and kitchen). Amenities: in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, A/C. We have everything for the kitchen, including microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, couch, etc. We are also bringing silverware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and anything we will need. The room that is available can fit a double bed, a desk and chair, and a dresser easily (Pictures at end of post so you get a sense of the size). However, YOU will have to bring your own bed desk etc. We have everything except the furniture for your own room. We're looking for a non-smoker. It's a 12min walk to Vendome station, or a couple stops away on the 63 or the 90 (~20min bus ride from downtown), and also the 105 and the 24. It's a 4min walk to the nearest grocery store, and close to trendy restaurants. Serious applicants only. Message us and let us know a bit about yourself. C'est un 6 1/2 à la troisième étage, avec grande cuisine et salle de bain rénovées, 3 chambres, un salon et une petit pièce avec accès au balcon primaire. Laveuse, sécheuse dans l'unité, avec lave-vaisselle, four, frigidaire et air climatisée. Nous avons la majorité de ce qu'on a besoin dans la cuisine, incluant un toaster, micro-onde, machine à café filtre, table, sofa, etc. La pièce qui est disponible est assez grand pour inclure un lit double, un bureau, une chaise et une garde-robe facilement (photos à la fin pour que vous ayez une idée de ce que ça l'a de l'air meublé). Par contre on n'a PAS les meubles pour votre chambre; vous devriez fournir vos propres meubles. Non-fumeur svp. 12 minutes de marche de la station Vendôme, 5min à l'autobus 105, 90 et 63, et 10min de marche à l'autobus 24. 4 min de marche à l'épicerie le plus près, et proche de plusieurs institutions financières, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Applicants sérieux seulement.
