| For May 1, we're looking for a responsible, independent, financially self-sufficient roommate who appreciates and maintains a clean, quiet atmosphere. Who does not smoke, drink alcohol or use toxic substances, vegetarian or vegan and who loves plants (pets are not allowed). This apartment is suitable for people who are not too sensitive to cold. We are located in downtown Montreal, close to a metro station, public transport (bus, shuttle, cab), cafés, grocery stores, restaurants and universities (ÉTS, Concordia and McGill). The apartment is fully furnished (except for the microwave) and services are included (internet, electricity, water, general building and apartment heating). Laundry facilities are shared in the building and are a separate paid service. Are you a student or worker looking for a good place to share with two roommates? Nous sommes situés au centre-ville de Montréal, à proximité d'une station de métro, des transports en commun (bus, navette, taxi), des cafés, des épiceries, des restaurants et des universités (ÉTS, Concordia et McGill). L'appartement est entièrement meublé (à l'exception du micro-ondes) et les services sont inclus (internet, électricité, eau, chauffage général du bâtiment et de l’appartement).
