Recherche personnes respectueuses et qui aiment les chiens (1 petit). L'appartement est partiellement meublé (seulement mes affaires). Donc si vous en avez, il y a de la place Il est au rez de chaussée, entrée privative, avec une cours à l'arrière incluant un parking pour 1 voiture et un BBQ 3 chambres dont 1 disponible. 1 salle de bain avec toilette, séjour et cuisine. J'ai déjà la laveuse et 2 réfrigérateurs avec la cuisinière, le nécessaire en vaisselle et autres pour cuisiner et manger. Il s'agit d'une sous location jusqu'à Juin inclus et ensuite on fait un nouveau bail le 1er juillet avec vos noms et le mien en colocation. Loyer 1475$( à diviser par 3) jusqu'à fin Juin et ensuite 1535$ (à diviser bien sûr). Électricité environ 100$/mois et en hiver environ 280$/mois (chauffage) (également à diviser). Animaux possiblement accepter (à confirmer avec le propriétaire). So if you have some, there’s plenty of room �� It is on the ground floor, private entrance, with a courtyard at the back including parking for 1 car and a BBQ �� 1 shared bathroom with toilet, living room and a kitchen. I already have a washing machine and 2 refrigerators with a stovetop, the necessary dishes and other kitchen items.
