| Hello There! Are you a female looking for a quiet clean and simple atmosphere to live? My roommate and I may have the place just for you! We are 2 females looking for a female who is clean, calm and respectful. Important Information: ✅ Rent is 825$ monlty + electric and wifi. Electric can range from 50-120$ monthly depending on the season for heat. Wifi is 35$ monthly. High Estimate Total = 980$ ✅ Initial lease starts July 1st, 2024 and ends October 31st, 2024. The Lease will then be able to be renewed for the next year until October 31st 2025. ✅ The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The current 3rd roommate is looking for someone to take her place. The 2 roomates who will be left here will be myself and another female roommate. The living room, kitchen and other common areas are shared, and one of the bathrooms with a shower is also shared with 1 roommate. Note: - NO SMOKING - NO DRUGS - NO PARTIES Pets: - There are currently 2 guinea pigs and 1 cat at this residence. ⬛ Furniture: - The common areas have dishes that can be shared if needed. I will mention most of the furniture in the common area photo will not be there as it is being sold. The bedroom also does not come furnished and is simply pictured in its current state.
