| Hello, I am an AFAB (Female) working individual looking for a female roommate to sign a lease with Brown's Court Apartments. There are two of us already. We are looking for a tidy and hygenic individual. The individual must be okay with 3 indoor Free-Roaming cats, be non-smoking and Non-partying, and most importantly, be willing to do chores around the communal areas. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rent is $998 per person per month, which includes heat, water, electricity, internet, laundry, kitchen appliances, and furniture. The only other additional costs are tenant's insurance and parking (if you need it). Move-in Date is September. Contact with a bit about yourself.
