I'm renting out my room from may till August because I won't be using it for the summer semester. It's on the main floor, very spacious and lots of lighting with 3 huge windows. Furniture included: large wrap around desk, twin size bed, sofa, lots of storage: chest, 4 cabinets, night table, 1 small foldable chair, 2 worn chairs,(suggest bringing your own chair). The house is shared with 4 people, currently all male students. 1.5 bath, 2 fridges. Laundry and dryer are included. Driveway with parking as well. Price is negotiable. |
