| I currently rent a 2-bdrm apartment, perfect location for students. 4 minute walk to Welland campus, 7 minutes walk to Seaway Mall. to Seaway Mall. Close to Local and Regional transit routes. The room is unfurnished, but I can provide furniture if needed. I have a cat living at home, so you must like cats and not ring any other animals with you. I will require to meet in person before I approve anyone, so please make sure that you are already in the area, before you ask for the room without meeting me first. Rent does not include parking, however I have reliable vehicle and happy to drive when arranged ahead.
